Ordering your Lowry Guitar
The simplest way to order is by contacting me directly via the contact form on this website, or via my social media accounts. I prefer working personally with each client to determine the solution best fitting their requirements. Each guitar is built from start to finish in the workshop without assistance from apprentices or sub-contractors. This ensures full control over all aspects of the process, from initial choice of materials to final setup.
For private clients, a non-refundable deposit of 1000€ reserves a build slot and locks in the current pricelist, with the balance payable on completion of the guitar. Please note that quoted prices do not include VAT, shipping costs, or local taxes for international customers.
Note to dealers - price will be determined at delivery time according to the pricelist in force at that time.
Current base price is 5000€. Please click below for the corresponding base specification, and contact me for a full list of options (tonewoods, build features etc).
Returns and Refunds
All commissioned instruments come with a 5-day grace period which allows the customer to experience the guitar and ensure that it meets their expectations. If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the guitar they must contact Lowry Guitars within five days of taking delivery or collection.
If the problem cannot be rectified and the customer still wishes to return the guitar, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and the guitar must be returned in new condition. The full price paid for the guitar, less the deposit, will be refunded once it has been re-sold by Lowry Guitars. The guitar will be listed on Lowry Guitars’ website and on social media as being for sale.
Warranty
Lowry Guitars instruments carry a lifetime guarantee for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. The following are not covered under warranty:
Damage due to improper care eg exposure to extremes of temperature, humidity etc
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and tear e.g. strings, tuners, finish or frets

Alternatively, the authorised dealers below occasionally have Lowry instruments in stock for immediate purchase, and some offer a bespoke facility whereby a fully customised guitar can be ordered via the dealership rather than from me directly, if that is preferable.
